You guys did great.  I was frustrated at first by the fact my spa was not working.  I had someone else come out and try and fix it.  They told me that I needed a whole new equipment pack.  That was scary.  Rueben came out (all the way to the Methow Valley) and found my circulation pump was plugged with pine needles.  It only cost me 89.00  Thank you very much.  You made a frustrating situation pleasant.

Your company installed a new insert for us Nov/Dec of '10.
 
It took us a week or so to get use to the change.   Now we love it and the cost saving have been impressive.
 
Also, your estimator/salesman(Mike Combs)was very good.  Your installer, I believe his name was Justin was outstanding.
 
I thought, you should know as compliments are hard to come by these days.

**I was impressed by (the ?? I think Manger) when I came in today to buy shock for the my clearwater spa, he remembered by name and the specific hot tub. He said he didn't know I had called for service.  So that is wonderful customer service!!!  Keep up the great work!
